GI Navigator Report Feature Guide

The Microba GI Navigator report is organised from the top down. The most clinically actionable information sits at the top, and each layer below holds the analysis that informed it, all the way down to the raw metagenomic data.
Our feature guide walks you through that structure section by section, so you can find what you need quickly. It covers:
- what you'll see when you first open a report, and how to switch between diagram and list views
- the priority screen, key findings and suggested actions, and how findings and actions connect
- the utility drawers, where you can review the markers and reasoning behind each finding and action
- the raw data sections: the Interpretation Explorer, Marker Explorer, Species Explorer and patient questionnaire (see the GI Navigator patient questionnaire feature guide)
Better science is better care. Expect Better.
